Together, we work on developing practical tools to foster understanding, increase intimacy, and create a stronger, more fulfilling partnership.
I know how overwhelming life’s challenges can feel, and I believe no one should have to face them alone. My work is shaped not only by over 20 years of experience in teaching, but also by my own journey, transitions, and healing. These experiences allow me to meet clients with genuine empathy and insight, especially during times of change, uncertainty, or emotional pain.
I’m passionate about creating a nurturing, open, and accepting environment where people feel safe to grow, learn, and embrace their authentic selves. This same commitment inspires my work as a therapist.
